Tom has been an information technology project manager, technical manager, and educator. As a project manager, Tom has significant in-depth experience in directing the aggressive study, proposal, development, implementation, maintenance, and ongoing enhancement of the latest IT systems and technologies. He is also and experienced IT educator with over 10 years experience teaching both undergraduate and graduate courses. He has been responsible for the design, development, and delivery of courses for a broad range of IT courses. Tom has also led large technical groups as Manager of Technical Systems and Manager of Emerging Technologies. He has experience in the utility, electronics, insurance, banking, chemicals, education, and transportation industries. Tom is also very active in professional societies such as the Association of IT Professionals (AITP) and the Project Management Institute (PMI). He holds both BA and MS degrees in Mathematics and Computer Science from West Virginia University.
