Emilie Bree Carlino is a workforce development specialist with over 10 years’ experience in higher education and corporate settings. Currently she is the Manager of Partner Career Services and Diversity Equity & Inclusion (DEI) for LINC, a non-profit organization dedicated to serving as talent champions for local employers and job seekers relocating to the Lehigh Valley. Emilie has a passion for providing education, professional development and career advising services for diverse professionals. She holds undergraduate degrees in education and science along with a graduate degree in health education with a concentration in community interventions. In addition to her formal education, she also holds multiple certificates for continued learning in the areas of leadership, communication, and emotional intelligence.
